Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: October 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website cruiseheir.com or booking travel services through Cruise Heir.

1. Independent Travel Agency Status

Cruise Heir is an independent travel agency acting solely as a sales intermediary and booking concierge between traveling passengers and independent suppliers, including ocean cruise operators (such as Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, MSC Cruises, Princess Cruises, etc.), airlines, hotels, and transfer providers. Cruise Heir does not own or operate any vessels, aircraft, or hospitality accommodations.

2. Cruise Carrier Passenger Ticket Contract

All cruise travel booked through Cruise Heir is subject to the specific operating cruise line's official Passenger Ticket Contract. The operating cruise line’s terms govern all aspects of boarding, safety protocols, health regulations, baggage allowances, cancellation penalties, itinerary modifications, and liability limits.

3. Fares, Availability & Quotations

All stateroom fares, itineraries, promotional inclusions, and schedules displayed on cruiseheir.com or quoted over the phone are subject to live real-time inventory availability and may change without prior notice until a deposit or full payment is received and confirmed by the operating cruise carrier. Taxes, government port fees, and fuel surcharges may apply as mandated by port authorities.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Date Changes

Requests for cancellations, stateroom downgrades/upgrades, or date transfers are governed strictly by the cruise carrier's contractual cancellation fee schedule. Cruise Heir does not charge any independent cancellation penalties beyond what the cruise carrier applies.

5. Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements

It is the passenger's sole responsibility to obtain and carry valid passports, visas, vaccination credentials, and any required border entry permits for the destination countries visited during the voyage. Cruise Heir is not liable for boarding denials resulting from inadequate travel documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cruise Heir, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, itinerary cancellation, mechanical delay, weather event, or act of God arising out of services provided by third-party cruise operators or travel suppliers.
